Amazon, Macmillan: an outsider's guide to the fight – Charlie's Diary

Last Friday, Amazon.com unilaterally pulled most or all of Macmillan’s books (edit: including all paper editions, not just electronic) from their online store . (You can still find them via afilliates or second-hand stores , ….. I’m not surprised that Amazon doesn’t want to do that, but what Macmillan is proposing isn’t illegal any more than setting the ” Buy It Now” price at ebay is illegal.
